How does the free trial work?: You get 14 days with Starter limits and every feature, without entering a card. Choose a plan any time to keep adding vendors after the trial.
What counts as a tracked vendor?: Each vendor in your inventory. Questionnaires, documents and reports don't count towards the limit.
What happens if we stop paying or hit our limit?: You can't add new vendors until you choose or upgrade a plan. Everything else keeps working: your data, reports, reminders and vendor links. We never lock you out of your own compliance records.
Do our vendors need an account?: No. Vendor contacts answer questionnaires through a secure link, and they don't count as users.
Can we change plans or cancel?: Yes, from the Billing page. Payments, invoices and cancellation are handled by Dodo Payments, our payment provider.
